We are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly we maintain the following privacy policy to protect personal information you provide online.

It is Cell Phone Accessory Store policy that personal information, such as your name, physical address, e-mail address, credit card information,  and your telephone number, are private and confidential. The information is stored in a secure location, and will not be viewed or accessed by anyone other than our own staff. Our staff uses this information solely for use with your current orders (i.e., sending confirmation emails, calling you to verify billing and/or shipping information.)

Personal information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provide the information, such as sending your complaint to our supplier for action, or if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased from us, just return it within 30 days of the original receipt of the order (Shipping & handling is non-refundable).  We'll gladly provide a refund, credit, or exchange for the cost of the product.

Note however, when returning a product, we require you to wrap it securely the package for its value. We do not accept returns on product(s) that have been abused, altered or used in manners for which they were not intended. The product(s) must be returned in new, resalable condition. All accompanying materials must be included in the original package. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged or it might void all warranties on the product(s). All manuals and warranty registration cards must be UNMARKED.

All the Software products WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns or refund when the original packing has been opened.

All the programming of Motorola StarTAC Clip-on Organizer MUST be reset back to factory default.

Simply complete the Return Merchandize Authorization form and let us know the return reason. Failure to include these may result in us refusing the package, and you being charged for shipping both ways, and not receiving your refund / replacement.

We do reserve the right through to charge a return percentage (up to 20%) restocking fee for product(s) that are failed to include the original package or held more than 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

Warranty:

All OEM original products are to be handled by their respective manufacturers. You can find their web address on the backs of their packaging.

All after-market products are covered by a six (6) month warranty of the original date of purchase. If the product becomes defective at any time during the first 6 months after your original purchase date, we will ship you a replacement. Simply complete the Return Merchandize Authorization form and let us know the return reason. Failure to include these may result in us refusing the package, and you being charged for shipping both ways, and not receiving your exchange or replacement.
