process AND SHIP almost all of our orders within ONE business day after
order date. In many cases, we will process and ship your order just
HOURS after it's been placed, if it's placed during normal business
hours.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased
from us, just return it within 30 days of the original receipt of the
order (Shipping & handling is non-refundable). We'll gladly
provide a refund, credit, or exchange for the cost of the product.
All after-market products are covered by a six (6) month warranty of
the original date of purchase. If the product becomes defective at any
time during the first 6 months after your original purchase date, we
will ship you a replacement. All OEM original products are to be handled
by their respective manufacturers.

After placing the order, you will receive an email with your order
number.
All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. PST will be processed the same
business day.

Please notice that any orders without credit card authorization will
not be processed and our sales representatives will contact you within
24 hours for verification of information.
Due to the high demand of cell phone accessories, we will
occasionally have items on backorder. If in any case your order is
backordered, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours with an
estimate time frame your order will be ready.
Shipping & Handling:
All Orders ship to US via UPS Ground (within 48 states) or US Postal
Service Priority Mail (any US Territory / APO / FPO) will be subject to
a $4.95 shipping charge for the first item and $0.50 for each additional
item.
* If we can find a more efficient method of shipping without
compromising speed, we reserve the right to change the shipping method
to UPS, FedEx, or any other company.
If delivered via UPS 2 Day Air within US
48 states, shipping charge is $16.00 for the first item and $1.00 for
each additional item.
Any orders via UPS Next Day Air within
US 48 states, shipping charge is $28.00 for the first item and $1.00 for
each additional item.
International Orders will have a $7.00 shipping fee per item. We does
not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular
charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be
rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For your country's
custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
If any package is returned back to us due to an incorrect shipping
address, the reshipping & handling fee of $5.00 or up will be applied.
